Violet is a timid little hooded sable. She is an older girl - approximately 6 years old - but still FULL of energy! Violet's foster ferrents tell us that she is skittish at first, but once you start to gain her trust, she becomes quite inquisitive and playful. Violet is not much of a cuddler, but she is often curious about what you are up to and enjoys helping her foster ferrents with various household activities such as putting away dishes in low reaching cupboards, folding laundry and sweeping the floors. Violet is curious about but frightened of other ferrets. Her foster family is working with her on this issue and they tell us that once she realizes that the other ferret will not hurt her, she seems keen on attempting to play with the other ferret. We feel that Violet would be best suited for a reasonably quiet home with one or two very gentle and friendly ferrets for her to play with.
