Jasper *ADOPTED*

Jasper is an extremely friendly 5 and a half year old little man. He mostly white with dark eyes and has a very gentle disposition. Jasper would be an amazing ferret for a first time ferret owner or a more experienced ferret owner. He is a real love bug and will ask to sit with you at night when you are watching TV; he will also engage you in play and LOVES to hang out with his people. Jasper is not fond of other ferrets and so would do best as an only ferret. He is good with cats.

Jasper is up to date on his shots and has been given a clean bill of health by his vet.

Jasper's adoption fell through due to an unexpected opportunity which saw the potential adopter relocating to another city with little notice.

Sonja and Baxter HAVE BEEN ADOPTED!

Sonja is a beautiful Silver girl, and Baxter is a sweet DEW boy. Both are 4 years old and very affectionate. The two ended up in our care when their owners split up and neither was able to keep them. These two are good with dogs and may be good with some other ferrets, though Sonja believes that she should be the boss; she is not, however, overly aggressive and things tend to be sorted out with a proper introduction and a few scruffs. Baxter is a marshmallow - or in his case, marsh-MELLOW may be more suitable! Both ferrets love to be get cuddles and are not avid trouble makers - well, no more than most ferrets anyway!  They would be suitable for an experienced ferret home, and homes with an existing ferret troop, or as the only ferrets. Both ferrets are vet checked and UTD on their shots.
Sonja does not like cats

ADOPTED *** Silva and Zoe*** ADOPTED

Silva and Zoe are searching for their forever home! They are a pair of young, petite female ferrets - 1.5-2yrs old - who are fun and friendly. These two get along with other ferrets and other animals and are so happy-go-lucky that they would be great even for an in- experienced ferret home, so long as the home is willing to put up with ferret antics, and Zoe dragging her stuffed fish everywhere with her! They are both healthy and happy little girls, and anyone interested in adopting them can feel free to fill out an adoption application on our website www.ferretsnorth.org

Not available for adoption **** Mittie & Bree

Two lovely girls - one aged 2.5, the other age 3. These two girls are very friendly and quiet. Mittie is a beautiful silver ferret who is quite the cuddle bug who is a little bit shy but loves to sit on your lap and soak in the cuddles. Bree is a gorgeous, petite DEW who is quite clever and affectionate; Bree is a quick learner and would be very trainable. The girls have decent litter habits, though they do insist that the litter be kept pristine. These girls have not really been around other ferrets but, with proper introductions and patience it is possible that they may fit into an existing ferret group quite well. They would be a great addition to any home, regardless of level of ferret experience.

*** Bree has developed adrenal disease and been placed in a permanent foster home where her health can be monitored. Mittie has been placed with her as we do not wish to separate the pair.

AD0PTED **** Willow **** AD0PTED

Willow is a three year old female ferret who is still looking for a forever home. She is affectionate and loves attention, but she is often overlooked because she does not like other ferrets. She tells us not to worry though - she gets along just fine with dogs and cats; she can't help it if she thinks that other ferrets are funny looking!

Willow was caged around the clock in her former home, and so suffers from cage anxiety; as such, she must be free roam, but this is not a problem as her foster mum tells us that she is a very clean little ferret who does not tend to put strange objects into her mouth. Willow is quite a happy little girl who keeps herself busy by stashing all stuffed animals - it is her duty to make sure that those stuffed animals stay in their place under beds and couches!

Willow is an absolute joy to have in your home. She is a doll that deserves a home to call her very own. If Willow sounds like the right ferret for you, please fill out an adoption application.

George and Herman have been adopted

Two very sweet male ferrets, aged 2 and three. George is a happy-go-lucky ferret that loves cuddles and stealing sweaters. He loves everybody and everything, and makes the best of every new situation. Herman, the smaller of the two, is a real sweetheart. Once he warms up to you, he is full of life and wants you to play. He does have an affinity for toe nipping, but his loving personality more than makes up for it. Both ferrets get stressed if caged too often, so a home that will allow them a lot of out time is required

Herman

George

The ferrets are good with other ferrets and other animals
Must be adopted together.

Though these two are not good with other ferrets, they are great with people and look forward to enriching their new owner's lives with love and ferret laughs.

Kael has been adopted =)

***************ADOPTED*****************
***************ADOPTED******************
Kael is a very cute, high energy 3 month old baby ferret. She needs a lot of room to run, and loves to play. Kael is good with other animals but needs a little bit of work with her nipping and litter habits- she is a baby after all! Because of her high energy level, Kael would be best suited for a home which allows the ferrets near free roam or has a ferret room, as well as other pets and ferrets for her to play with. Her foster mom tells us that she loves to play "ice cube fishing" in the large water dish, and she is always ready for a game. Kael must be adopted with Misha.

Misha has been adopted

*****************ADOPTED********************

****************ADOPTED**********************
Misha is an 8 month old champagne female ferret. She is extremely sweet and loving, and though Misha is deaf, her deafness does not seem to be affecting her negatively in any way. She loves cuddling and will often explore the house dooking. She is good with other ferrets and other animals. Misha must be adopted with Kael.
